Aldridge School Celebrates World Book Day 2025
All students “shared a story” as part of the World Book Day celebrations on Thursday 6th March.
Year 7 and 8 pupils created mini books, Year 9 composed “writes of passage” for their favourite reads, and all other students had debates about their much-loved books; making recommendations to their peers.
J Russell, Year 8 pupil, said, “I really enjoyed creating a mini version of my favourite book, and sharing it with my friends!”
K Jones, Year 9 Form Tutor, commented, “Fantastic enthusiasm was displayed by my Form for World Book Day 2025, a wonderful selection of books were reviewed and illustrated.”
