Careers Event – Careers Assemblies

Following some amazing activities happening last week in National Careers Week within subject areas, this week we have continued the careers’ theme with assemblies.  

A big thank you to Andy Clayton, Social Value Manager, from Morgan Sindall for coming in to deliver assemblies on the wide variety of opportunities available in the construction industry. Andy showed the students the progression of the local recycling plant in Aldridge that Morgan Sindall are currently constructing and showed a few of the job roles that this has included. He then went on to explain the variety of pathways you can take going into the construction industry including explaining apprenticeships and where they can lead.
