Donate Your Used Football Boots: Help Students and the Environment!
We are excited to announce that our school has become a donation station for used football boots! Whether you have a pair that no longer fits or simply don’t need them anymore, we’re here to make sure they go to good use.
The aim is to redistribute any boots that are in good condition to students who may need them for PE lessons or extra-curricular activities. This initiative not only supports our fellow students but also plays a key role in helping the environment by preventing these boots from ending up in landfills when they still have plenty of life left in them.
By donating your boots, you’re helping students access the equipment they need to participate in sports, while also contributing to reducing waste. It's a win-win!
How Can You Help? If you have any pairs of football boots that you no longer use or have outgrown, simply drop them in the donation bin located in Room 73. Once collected, we will ensure they’re passed on to those who could really use them.
We’ve already received several pairs from Football Rebooted to get us started, and we’re excited to see how this initiative can grow and benefit even more students.
About Football Rebooted: Football Rebooted is an initiative started by Utilita with the goal of saving at least one million pairs of football boots from ending up in landfills. The impact has already been felt across the country, with thousands of boots being repurposed and finding new homes. This project doesn’t just help the environment—it also makes a real difference in the lives of young people across the UK by providing them with the equipment they need to stay active and engaged in sports.
We look forward to seeing how many boots we can collect and recycle for a good cause! Thank you for supporting this important initiative and making a difference to both our students and the planet.
